【Employee Satisfaction Survey and Improvement Plan Report】

The Company's Human Resources Department conducted the 2024 employee satisfaction survey in December 2024 to gain a full picture of employees' assessments of and expectations for all aspects of the Company's operations, and to develop targeted improvement plans that continuously improve the employee experience and the organizational climate. The survey covered core areas including compensation and benefits, the working environment, career development, management, and job content, providing data to support the Company's management improvements.

Results

Overall employee satisfaction reached 8.04, indicating general satisfaction. Satisfaction was higher with company management, job skills, payroll accuracy, and working hours; satisfaction was relatively lower with cafeteria food, compensation, and promotion opportunities, which are the focus of this round of improvements.

Improvement plan

In response to the survey results, the improvement plan for 2025 is as follows:

  1. Cafeteria: strengthen food-hygiene and safety controls, broaden the variety of dishes on offer, improve the cafeteria environment and service quality, and establish a sound feedback and improvement mechanism.
  2. Compensation: optimize the compensation structure and implement performance-based pay management.
  3. Promotion: establish a transparent and fair appraisal system, provide training and development opportunities, and build good communication channels and incentive mechanisms.
