Milestones

1995

  1. Tong Ming Industrial (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Tong Ming Enterprise (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., was established in the Jiaxing Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, on a site planned at 150,000 square meters.

2008

  1. Following approval by the Ministry of Commerce, the company was restructured in its entirety from a Sino-foreign joint venture into a foreign-invested joint-stock company and renamed Tong Ming Enterprise (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.

2009

  1. Zhejiang Tong Ming invested RMB 5,498 thousand in Easy Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
  2. The Company, Tong Ming Enterprise Co., Ltd. (the group's Cayman holding company), was established, completing the group reorganization.

2010

  1. As part of Cayman Tong Ming's plan to disperse its share ownership, Tong Hwei Co., Ltd., the director holding 89.5% of the Company's shares, transferred those shares to the four natural-person shareholders who had actually contributed the capital: Tsai Ching-Tung, Tsai Hung-Chuan, Tsai Ming-Ti and Tsai Yi-Ting.

2012

  1. Cayman Tong Ming invested in Winlink Fasteners Co., Ltd. of Gangshan.
  2. Cayman Tong Ming established Tong Win International Co., Ltd.

2013

  1. The four natural-person shareholders of Cayman Tong Ming — Tsai Ching-Tung, Tsai Hung-Chuan, Tsai Ming-Ti and Tsai Yi-Ting — transferred their personal shareholdings to Tong One International Co., Ltd. and Richard International Co., Ltd., with no change in actual control after the transfer.
  2. The shareholders' meeting approved a complete re-election of Cayman Tong Ming's directors (including three independent directors) and supervisors, with the three independent directors serving as members of the Audit Committee to take over the function of the supervisors.
  3. The Remuneration Committee was established.
  4. Zhejiang Tong Ming established the subsidiary Shenzhen Easy Fasteners Co., Ltd.
  5. Listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on December 16.

2016

  1. Zhejiang Tong Ming established its Channel Business Division.
  2. On December 5, Chairman Tsai Ching-Tung, who held 16.26% of the Company's shares, donated those shares to investment accounts under the custody of CTBC Bank for Hsin Hsing Ltd., Kai Lien Ltd. and Yang Sheng Ltd.

2018

  1. Zhejiang Tong Ming completed the installation of rooftop solar power generation equipment across all of its plant buildings.

2019

  1. In May, Zhejiang Tong Ming established Tong Win International (Jia Xing) Co., Ltd.
  2. The "Joint Operation Zone" went live on the Tong Ming Express online purchasing platform.

2020

  1. In November 2020, Cayman Tong Ming invested in and established FASTLINK, Inc. in Japan to conduct trading business in the Japanese market.

2021

  1. In March 2021, Cayman Tong Ming's Board of Directors resolved on a cash capital increase of 30,000 thousand shares.
  2. From June to August 2021, convertible bonds were converted into 3,203 thousand shares.
  3. The cash capital increase of 30,000 thousand shares was completed in August 2021.

2022

  1. In March 2022, Cayman Tong Ming invested in and established Tong He Enterprise Co., Ltd. in China, mainly to produce wire products.
  2. In June 2022, Tong He completed construction of its plant and formally began production of wire products.
  3. In September 2022, Zhejiang Tong Ming established Tong Yi Supply Chain Enterprise Co., Ltd. to run an online sales platform for non-standard fasteners.
  4. In November 2022, Cayman Tong Ming invested in and established Tonglink Enterprise Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, specializing in stainless-steel fastener trading in Taiwan and computer program design.

2023

  1. Named a national-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative (SRDI) Little Giant" enterprise for 2023.
  2. In July 2023, the Tong Ming Marketplace online sales platform was formally launched.
  3. In October 2023, Zhejiang Tong Ming's Gaoke plant formally began production.

2024

  1. Awarded a Zhejiang Province demonstration project for the transformation of production and manufacturing methods.
  2. Awarded the Zhejiang Province "Foreign-invested R&D Center" designation.
  3. Named a Zhejiang Province Green Factory.
  4. Named a 2024 provincial-level Industrial Internet Platform.

2025

  1. Awarded the Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize).
  2. Recognized as a Zhejiang provincial-level Key Research Institute.
  3. Named a Zhejiang provincial Digital Workshop and a basic-level Smart Factory, and recognized for provincial-level industrial new products.
