Human Rights Policy

The Company abides by the laws and regulations of every location where it operates worldwide, is committed to upholding employees' fundamental human rights and protecting their legitimate rights and interests, and supports and follows the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the International Labour Conventions and other internationally recognized human-rights conventions and standards. We uphold a spirit of treating and respecting all employees fairly, reasonably and kindly, treat every colleague with dignity — including full-time staff, temporary workers, migrant workers, interns and contract personnel — and extend this spirit to our business partners.

Safeguarding workplace human rights

Forced labor, human trafficking, employment of child labor, sexual harassment and other conduct that violates human rights are prohibited.

Implementing equal pay for equal work

Employees' pay is not differentiated by gender or sexual orientation. In 2024, the ratios of male and female standard salaries to the local minimum wage were comparable.

Providing a healthy and safe workplace

Zhejiang Tong Ming has introduced an ISO 45001 system certified by TUV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. New employees receive three-tier safety induction training, and each team holds a weekly safety-themed morning meeting. Monthly environmental-safety meetings and supervisors' meetings are held, at which departments discuss major occupational-safety issues and propose solutions.

Promoting labor–management harmony

Diverse, open channels for labor–management communication are provided, and labor–management meetings are held regularly.

Personal data protection

The Company complies with personal-data-protection laws and regulations, ensures that personal data are collected, processed and used in accordance with the law, and upholds and protects personal-data rights and interests.

Human-rights policy advocacy

In 2025 the Company held internal and external training (including courses on ethical-management regulatory compliance, human-rights policy advocacy and occupational safety) totaling 950 attendances and 475 hours.

No human-rights violations or incidents of discrimination occurred during 2025, and no related complaints were received. Going forward, the Company will continue to monitor human-rights protection issues and promote related education and training, to raise awareness of human-rights protection and reduce the likelihood of related risks.
