Tong Ming Enterprise Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on November 30, 2009, and has been listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange since December 16, 2013 (ticker 5538, Tong Ming-KY). Through Tong Group Limited and China Rich International Holding Limited, the Company holds its principal operating subsidiary, Tong Ming Enterprise (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (“Zhejiang Tong Ming”).

Zhejiang Tong Ming was founded in December 1995 in the Jiaxing Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province, China. Its 152,000-square-meter site produces more than 120,000 tonnes per year, supported by a network of warehouses across China that provides next-day delivery for most customers. The Company’s main products are stainless steel fasteners and stainless steel wire. Fasteners — screws, nuts, threaded rod, and other standard industrial components — come in countless shapes and sizes yet are indispensable to virtually every industry, earning them the nickname “the rice of industry.” Wire is the bridge between upstream steel mills and downstream hardware makers, supplying customized material for small screws, kitchenware, wire mesh belts, redrawing wire, and springs.

Since 1995, Zhejiang Tong Ming has built the “TONG” brand on rigorous processes and disciplined management. Around 70 percent of its sales are within mainland China, where it holds the leading position in the domestic market. To meet growing demand, the Company has completed two new plants in Zhejiang Province: a wire plant (Zhejiang Donghe Stainless Steel Materials), in production since June 2022, and a new fastener plant (the Zhejiang Tong Ming Gaoke plant), in production since October 2023, bringing a major step up in capacity and process capability.

Beyond mainland China, the Company acquired 100% of Winlink Fasteners Co., Ltd. in November 2012 and, drawing on Winlink’s location in Gangshan, Kaohsiung — the heart of Taiwan’s fastener industry — has deepened its business in Taiwan and strengthened its ability to win orders. It has also established Tong Win International Co., Ltd. for fastener exports and Tonglink Enterprise Co., Ltd. in Taiwan (2022) to grow its international footprint.

Zhejiang Tong Ming continues to invest in green and smart manufacturing: rooftop solar power across the entire site, the TongMing.Biz and “Tong Ming Marketplace” e-commerce platforms, and recent recognition including national “Specialized and Sophisticated (‘Little Giant’)” enterprise status (2023), Zhejiang Green Factory certification, provincial smart-factory designation, and a Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award.
